THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14588 OF 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed against the order dated 05.06.2010, whereby the petitioner was transferred. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt.K.Aruna learned Standing Counsel for APGENCO.

Though the petitioner states that he was transferred as a measure of punishment the impugned transfer order does not indicate the same. More so, the petitioner was continuing from the year 2010 by virtue of interim orders passed by this Court on 25.06.2010. Normally this Court will not interfere with the transfer orders, as transfer is an incident to service. Hence, no case is made out for interfering with the impugned order of transfer.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
