It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by a common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.24928 of 2010 and batch dated 28.1.2016.

Following the same and for the reasons recorded in the above said common order, this Writ Petition is also dismissed in terms of the order dated 28.1.2016 passed in W.P.No.24928 of 2010. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
