Sri Vivek Chandrasekhar, learned counsel for the petitionerCompany, states that in the light of the subsequent developments, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for independent consideration on merits.

Sri P.Vikram, learned counsel, would however state that he has filed an implead petition which is awaiting consideration. As the petitioner-Company itself does not choose to prosecute this writ petition, this Court sees no purpose in impleading a third party at this stage.
