THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.37147 OF 2014 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... to issue an order, direction, writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in calling the petitioners to Police Station I-Town, Karimnagar in connection with civil dispute house property No.4-1-454 corresponding to old No.4-1-312 corresponding to earlier H.No.4-1-248, situated near Tower Circle, Karimnagar, as bad, illegal, arbitrary, opposed to principles of Natural justice, in violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 of Constitution of India and directing the respondents not to call the petitioners to Police Station in connection with civil dispute and be pleased to pass such other order or orders."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has produced before this Court the written instructions, dated 10.02.2020, issued by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Karimnagar I Town Police Station, Karimnagar District, and stated that pursuant to the complaint filed by one Kamarapu Shashi Kumar, a case in Crime No.367 of 2014 of Karimnagar I Town Police Station was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 504 and 506 I.P.C., wherein the petitioners herein were arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2. Further, in the said crime, investigation was completed, charge sheet was filed and the case is pending trial vide C.C.No.196 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Karimnagar. It is also stated that the allegations made by the petitioners are false. As a matter of fact, it is only during the course
CKR, J W.P.No.37147 of 2014 of investigation into the said crime, to obtain certain information, petitioners' presence was sought.

In the light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. However, as it is the allegation of the petitioners that even as on date, they are being called to the police station and as the matter is pending before the criminal Court, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioners in any manner. 4.
Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ___________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J February 17, 2020.
