HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT SECOND APPEAL No.1332 OF 2018 JUDGMENT: (oral) After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants seeks time to vacate the property.

2. Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellants, since some business is running in the suit schedule property, I herby direct the appellants to vacate the same within six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is disposed of. No order as to costs.

4. It is made clear that the appellants shall continue to pay the admitted rent and in default the respondent is at liberty to take steps as per the law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
