ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that period of suspension from service is not regularized, annual increments are not paid and pay fixation in the revised pay scales is not granted even though petitioner was acquitted in criminal case.

Having regard to the representation made by petitioner, the District Collector, Bhadradri Kothagudem, vide his letter bearing Rc.No.A3/3235/2000, dated 07.03.2018, addressed to the District Collector, Jayashankar Bupalapally, forwarded the original file pertains to the petitioner and requested him to take appropriate decision on the representation made by the petitioner. 3.

Having regard to this aspect, learned counsel for petitioner as well as Assistant Government Pleader agree for final disposal of the writ petition with a direction to the District Collector, Jayashankar Bupalapally to take consequential steps pursuant to letter of the District Collector, Bhadradri Kothagudem dated 07.03.2018. 4.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Collector, Jayashankar Bupalapally to take further steps in accordance with letter written by the District Collector, Bhadradri Kothagudem dated 07.03.2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If petitioner is entitled to the benefits, steps shall be taken for releasing the said benefits. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
