Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and it is stated that he also filed letter, dated 27-02-2015 before the Registrar (Judicial) to that effect. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
