COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by judgment and decree, dated 08.08.2012, in FCOP.No.1427 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District

and Sessions Judge at Visakhapatnam, the petitionerhusband in the said FCOP filed this appeal. Both the appellant and his wife-respondent have filed a joint memo of compromise, dated 06.01.2016, signed by themselves as well as their respective counsel.

At the hearing, the appellant as well as the respondent are personally present and they have confirmed before the Court that they have voluntarily and of their own will have entered into the compromise and signed the joint memo containing the terms and conditions of compromise. They have, accordingly, requested the Court to pass a compromise decree in terms of the said joint memo of compromise.

In view of the above, the judgment and decree, dated 08.8.2012, in FCOP.No.1427 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, is modified in terms of joint memo of compromise, dated 06.01.2016, filed by both the parties.

FCAMP.No.14 of 2016 is, accordingly, allowed and FCA.No.326 of 2012 stands disposed of.
