This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-2 and A-3 under section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge the petitioners/A3, A4 & A5 on bail in Crime No. 37 of 2016 of Kothakota Police Station, Visakhapatnam district, registered for the offences under section 20 [b], 25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Sri Sravan Kumar Naidana, learned counsel for the petitioners/A3, A4 & A5 seek permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition.
