This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/ accused, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.191 of 2017 on the file of Ameenpur Police Station, Sanga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448 and 427 I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, before ordering notice to respondent No.2/ de facto complainant and perused the grounds urged in the Criminal Petition and the contents of F.I.R. There is nothing to interdict the investigation from the very report averments, but for, to say pending investigation the petitioner shall not be arrested. However, this will not prevent the Police to secure the petitioner for the purpose of investigation, as and when required. All the defences are left open.
