THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No.208 of 2015 P.C: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Dilip B.Bhosale) Learned Counsel for the appellants does not press this appeal and seeks liberty to the appellants to file miscellaneous petition for vacating the interim order, dated 23.09.2014, impugned in the present appeal.

Writ Appeal is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. All contentions on merits are kept open. It is also open to the appellants to seek hearing of the writ petition for admission. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
