Yashoda, learned counsel representing Sri G.V.L. Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Petition with liberty to the petitioners to renew the request, since the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that charge sheet was already filed in Crime No.231 of 2016 of Manchal Police Station, Rachakonda, which was sought to be quashed in the present Criminal Petition.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to renew the request seeking appropriate prayer.
4. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
