HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31882 of 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:
" To declare the inaction of respondent No.4, in not considering the petitioner representation dated 25.06.2018 requesting to enter the name of the petitioner in to revenue records, in respect of land relating to his mother by name Late Kandada Sashikala, to an extent of Ac.1-15 Gts. In Sy.No. 434, Enumamula Village, Kothuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2018 requesting to enter the name of the petitioner into revenue records in respect of land relating to his mother by name Late Kandada Sashikala, to an extent of Ac.1-15 Gts. In Sy.No. 434, Enumamula Village, Kothuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District."

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made a representation on 25.06.2018 for correction of entries in respect of the extent of schedule land, till date, no orders are passed on the same. 3.
Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the representation of the petitioner is still pending consideration, and if the petitioner is entitled to, the respondents will pass
appropriate orders on the same, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the respondents to deal with the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2018 for correction of the extent of the schedule land, admeasuring Ac.1-15 Gts. in Sy.No. 434, Enumamula Village, Kothuru Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the petitioner is otherwise entitled to. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
