HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31689 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in rejecting the registration of land in Sy.No.238/ 2A2 an extent of Ac.0.50 cents and to an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in Sy.No.238/ 2A1B and the refusal orders vide Order Nos. 10 and 11 of 2018, dated 21.05.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

2) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that when the petitioner preferred an appeal under Section 72 of the Registration Act, the authorities are refusing to accept the same. 3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) would submit that question of getting instructions on this issue would not arise since no appeal has been preferred by the petitioner. 4) Having regard to the above, the petitioner shall prefer an appeal against the refusal order Nos.10 and 11 of 2018, dated 21.05.2018, in which event the appellate authority shall deal with the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5) With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
