This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam, Srikakulam District, and transfer the same to Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Ramachandrapuram, for disposal in accordance with law.

Heard both the counsel.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent reported no objection for transfer of the matter. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam, Srikakulam District, and transferred to the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge Court, Ramachandrapuram, for disposal in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
