This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.118 of 2015 on the file of Gollaprolu Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c ) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c ) of the NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner was found in possession of 125 kgs of Ganja.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the quantity of the ganja seized from the possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
