This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.383 of 2009 on the file of Medchal Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, the matter is referred as civil in nature.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this Criminal Petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.
