While this Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the sole accused to quash the proceedings against them in Cr.No.379 of 2013 of Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad City, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing the letter dated 31-5-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad City would submit that the investigation was completed, Charge Sheet was already filed and the case was registered as C.C.No.40 of 2014 on the file of IX A.C.M.M.Nampally and prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous. No representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
