HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31692 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2018, as per G.O.Ms.No.101, 31.12.2013. This Court has granted interim direction on 05.09.2018 directing the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare seeks time for getting instructions.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is already before the competent authority and since this Court has already granted interim order directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court on 05.09.2018, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners, in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.101, dated 31.12.2013 and also subsequent G.Os. if any on the subject issue, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
