THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12463 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.377 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nakrekal, Nalgonda District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioner files the petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C., the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
