ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the grievance that the petitioner's sister in law - respondent No.3, who is in occupation of first floor of the property bearing house No.1-6-228/B, Ram Nagar, Hyderabad, is proceeding with the construction of second floor, without obtaining permission from respondent No.1 and that the petitioner's representation, dated 16.12.2015, made to respondent No.2 for preventing such illegal construction is not being considered. At the hearing, Mr.P.Kesava Rao, learned standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, has submitted that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and that respondent Nos.1 and 2 would ensure that respondent No.3 will not carry on construction activity without permission.

Subject to the above submissions of the learned standing counsel, which are placed on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.824 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
