HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31698 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in withholding issuance of new pattadar pass book and cheques under Rythu Bandhu Scheme in favour of the petitioner, in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5.37 guntas in Survey No.117, situated at Chinnamandadi Village, Peddamandadi Mandal, Wanaparthy District, as illegal, arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made an application on 02.06.2018 to the Chairman, Telangana State Planning Commission, which was forwarded to the Tahsildar, Peddamandadi, to examine and take necessary action, till date, no orders are passed. 4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that if the said application is reached, the authorities may be

directed to pass orders, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

5) Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Peddamandadi, to pass appropriate orders in the application dated 02.06.2018, made by the petitioner, which is forwarded to him, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
