Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana).

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in withholding issuance of new pattadar pass books and cheques under Rythubandu scheme in respect of the land in Survey No.117 admeasuring Acs.2.36 guntas, situated at Chinnamandadi village, Peddamandadi Mandal, Wanaparthy District, in terms of Form 1B Certificate issued by the third respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. 4.

The grievance of the petitioners appears to be that though they are the pattadars, the third respondent - Tahsildar is not issuing the pattadar pass book and withholding the same for reasons best known to him. According to the petitioners, they made a representation before the second and third respondents on 02.06.2018, seeking issuance of pattadar pass book, but the same is not acted upon till date.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if the said representation is still pending, the same would be disposed of, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent - Tahsildar to dispose of the representation dated 02.06.2018, seeking issuance of pattadar pass book, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
