This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in issuing proceedings dated 27-07-2013 as illegal and arbitrary.

By the impugned proceedings, respondent No. 2 approved the lowest e-tender (Negotiated Rates) of M/s. Rupesh Traders, Hyderabad, for supply of provisions for a period one year from April 2013 to March 2014. As the period for which the rates are negotiated has already expired, the cause with which the present Writ Petition is filed does not survive for adjudication. 3.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
