HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 31690 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following two reliefs:

a) Declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in not entertaining the Registration of petitioner' s private property situated in Sy.No.436, Bommaraspet Village, Shamirpet Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, as arbitrary and illegal by setting aside the Refusal Order No.4/ 2018 dated 14.08.2018.

b) Declaring the in action of the respondent No.3 in making online entry of revenue records in respect of petitioner's private property situated in Sy.No.436, Bommaraspet Village, Shamirpet Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri District, by issuing pattadar pass book, title deed by concluding the enquiry in file bearing No.B/ 1507/ 2014 dated 28.08.2014, as arbitrary and illegal.

2) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is confining his request only for relief No.1 and seeks permission to prefer an appeal against the Refusal Order No.4/ 2018, dated 14.08.2018.

3) Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of preferring an

appeal before the concerned authority against the Order of Refusal No.4 of 2018, dated 14.08.2018, in which event the said authority shall deal with the same in accordance with law.

4) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
