K. Shekarbabu. S/O K. Subhraymanyam v. Union Of India, Rep By Its Secretary,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.7494 of 2015 O R D E R:
The learned Standing Counsel, who has pointed out on 28-04-2015 itself that the Corporation is taking appropriate remedial measures, has produced today before me the Proceedings dated 30-04-2014 recalling the earlier orders passed on 14-022015. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and, therefore, I consider it not appropriate to proceed any further in the matter. With this, the writ petition stands dismissed at the admission stage, but however, without costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand dismissed. It is needless for me to observe that when once order dated 14-02-2015 stands recalled, no penal consequences would flow therefrom. __________________________ NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.
