ORDER

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 12.07.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21855 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner's application dated 25.04.2018 for grant of building permission was considered, however, rejected on untenable grounds.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that as the direction of this Court has been substantially complied with, there is no contempt on the part of the respondent. 4.
