This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 18.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.237 of 2015 in O.S.No.85 of 2013 on the file of the I Additonal Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

As per the office note, the trial court disposed of the suit on 11.07.2018.

In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
