HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.10756 of 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to cancel the bail granted in favour of respondent No.2 through orders in Crl.M.P.No.243 of 2022 by the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, Khammam, dated 10.8.2022.

D.Darshana, learned counsel, representing Sri P.Venkatesh, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, seeks time.

This Criminal Petition is coming up for hearing since long time. On 15.02.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time and observing that ample time was already granted, however, to accommodate the petitioner, the matter was ordered to be listed on this day and the Criminal Petition is accordingly listed on this day. However, on this day, again time is sought. This Court does not find any reasons whatsoever to again adjourn the matter granting further time. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
