The petitioner seeks to question the pattadar passbooks and title deeds said to have been issued to the 4th respondent. For that purpose, the petitioner is stated to have made an application before the 3rd respondent on 28-08-2015 and seeks his name to be included in the place of the 4th respondent in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-86 cents in Sy.Nos.387 and 388 situated at Kosei Village and Mandal, Kurnool District. However, the request in the present writ petition is that the 3rd respondent is not furnishing requisite information sought for by the petitioner with regard to pattadar passbooks and title deeds said to have been given to the 4th respondent for the very same land.

However, the petitioner's application, dated 28-08-2015, which is stated to have been acknowledged by the 3rd respondent does not state anything about the request for documents. Hence, such a contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be entertained. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek the documents to which he is entitled to by taking appropriate proceedings under the Right to Information Act.
