Learned counsel for petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw transfer C.M.P. with liberty to file fresh petition in case of failure of compromise talks.

2. Permission as sought for is accorded.

3. Accordingly, transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
