The civil revision petition is sought to be filed directly against the Advocate-Commissioner's report.

Sri A.Nagendra Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly concedes that no objections were filed to the said report before the trial Court.

The civil revision petition is utterly misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
