ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ or order or direction more in the nature of writ of mandamus relating to the impugned order issued by respondent No.1 in G.O.Rt.No.322, Agriculture and Cooperation (Co.Op.VII) Department dated 22.03.2011, in appointing respondent No.5 as official Person-in-charge of Sri Swamy Ayyappa Cooperative House Building Society Limited for a period of one year with retrospective from 16.05.2010 and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and the provisions of the A.P.Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and instructions issued by respondent No.2, besides being violative of principles of natural

justice; while issuing a consequential direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner as Non-official Person-in-charge Committee of Sri Swamy Ayyappa Cooperative House Building Society Limited till conduct of elections to the society in the interest of justice."

At the hearing, it is represented by Ms.A.Anitha, learned counsel, representing Sri D.Goverdhana Chary, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of this submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.14266 & 15665 of 2011 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
