It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of W.P.No.26667 of 2018 on 14.08.2018 and same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the Order dated 14.08.2018, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Tadivaripalli Police Station, Tadivaripalli, Prakasam District, to follow the procedure under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and the guidelines laid down by Apex Court in ARNESH KUMAR vs. STATE OF BIHAR1 and take action in accordance with law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
