This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, assailing the order, dated 16.04.2014, of the learned I Additional Distirict Judge, Krishna at Machilipatnam, passed in C.M.A.No.38 of 2012. 2 .

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff is present. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.223 of 2011 is disposed of by the trial Court on 05.10.2017. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in the CRP, which is filed challenging the order passed in an interlocutory application in the afore-stated suit.
