HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.2629 of 2017 ORDER:

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners have the remedy of revision before the Joint Collector under Section 24 of A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955 against the impugned order dated 02-03-2016 passed by the 4th respondent. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition, since the petitioners have alternative remedy against the impugned order. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy against the impugned order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
