THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.31759 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 10.07.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch, as modified by a Division Bench in W.A.Nos.1122 and 1136 of 2016, dated 03.11.2016.

Following the above orders, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said orders. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
