THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.31822 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of Writ Petition, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent in interfering with the sale and distribution of bioproducts of petitioner-Firm, i.e., Magic, Poshak++, Growin, Dharani-Gr., Xmite, Dhawan, G S Jaiho, G S Grand, Winner-Gold, Fighter, New Maximate, 3 in 1, Super Rock, Stop-GS, Semystar, Super Nitro, V-6, Zio. Trust, Fulfill & Tackle, by issuing Memo No. PP. II(1)2085/2005, dated 21-01-2006 and Letter No.

PP II(1)2085/2005, dated 21-01-2006 as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent not to interfere with in any manner in the sale and distribution of bio-products including from the licensed premises of the dealers/stockists under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and the Fertilizers Control (Order) Act, 1985 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

I have heard the submissions of Smt B.V.Aparna Lakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; and of the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture (A.P.), appearing for the respondent. I have perused the material record. 3.

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the order, dated 03.11.2016, in W.A.Nos.1122 & 1136 of 2016. 4.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, as were mentioned in the afore-stated orders, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the order, dated 03.11.2016, in W.A.Nos.1122 & 1136 of 2016. There shall be no order as to costs.

MSRM, J W.P.No.31822 of 2018 Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
