THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28151 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of its grievance, the petitioner submitted a representation on 12.07.2017 to the second respondent-Nalgonda Municipality but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, appropriate action would be taken on the said representation in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reason, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent-Nalgonda Municipality to consider the representation, dated 12.07.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
