Heard.

Having regard to the nature of accusation, this Court thought that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, investigation shall continue to its logical end. The police of Reinbazar PS, Hyderabad are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A1 to A7 in Cr.No.16 of 2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
