THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.8750 AND 8906 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Petitioners claim to be working as Lecturers in Commerce Department having been appointed by the respondent - College against the aided posts. They claim that they are entitled for regularisation/absorption in the aided post.

Claiming regularisation of their services, the petitioners submitted representations on 21.11.2016. Alleging inaction on the said representations, the petitioners filed these Writ Petitions. 2.

When the matters are taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that since representations filed by the petitioners are pending, if a direction is issued to dispose of the said representations within a fixed time frame, it would suffice the interest of the petitioners. 3.

Having regard to the said submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the cases, the Writ Petitions are disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to examine the representations of the petitioners, dated 21.11.2016, and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law by assigning due reasons in support of the decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
