Sri C.Srinivasa Baba, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents has pointed out that the writ petition is not maintainable, as the petitioner has to approach A.P.Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) for redressal of his grievance in the writ petition.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
