This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2016 in granting No Objection to the petitioner for alienating his property of an extent of 235 sq.yards in Sy.No.46/6, Maddilapalem, Bhanunagar, Division No.10, Zone No.2, Visakhapatnam, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions dated 26.06.2016 addressed to the learned Government Pleader from the Joint Collector stating that the subject land is a surplus land and steps are being taken to issue endorsement to the individuals. In view of the written instructions produced by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
