THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40241 OF 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1,3 and 4.

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: " to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No 4 in interfering with the Civil disputes of the petitioners with respondent No 5 by calling the petitioners to the police Station frequently is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondent No. 4 & 5 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the lands in Sy No 261 of Annaram village, Jinnaram Mandal, Medak District of the petitioners as well as others of the village." The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1,3 & 4 placed on record the written instructions dated 17.01.2015 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jinnaram Police Station. In the said instructions, it is stated that at the instance of respondent No.

7, crime No.212 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 447 and 504 I.P.C. was registered on 28.12.2014. Pursuant to the registration of the said crime, investigation has been taken up. Except the said investigation, the police have never interfered with the civil disputes muchless the disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents herein. In the light of the above statement, no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly closed. No costs.
