Learned counsel for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 8 represent the matter.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a Final Report on 30.06.2014, requesting the learned VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, to close the crime by referring it as 'Lack of evidence'.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
