O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the Award dated 15.05.2011 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam, in I.D.No.21 of 2009.

While so, a joint memo was filed by the petitioner management and the respondent workman stating that they had entered into a settlement and that the writ petition could be disposed of in terms thereof. The memorandum of settlement dated 10.06.2015 is placed on record and evidences that nine terms were agreed upon by and between the parties and the same are stated to be in full and final settlement of the claims of the respondent workman. The said memo of settlement and the terms incorporated therein are accordingly made part of the record. The writ petition shall therefore stand disposed of in terms thereof and the petitioner management shall abide by and implement the said terms.
