HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.31949 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not providing police protection pursuant to the Injunction order granted in OS.No.120/2017, dated 09.05.2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint of the petitioner was enquired into; that since the allegations made against the unofficial respondents are not cognizable in nature, a requisition was filed before the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mobile Court, Medak, seeking permission under Section 155 (2) of Cr.P.C. for proceeding with further investigation in the matter; and that the orders of the said Court are still awaited. It is further stated that since petitioner has not produced any Court order granting police protection, in pursuance to the injunction granted in favour of the petitioner, he was asked to get order from the Court. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to provide police aid to the petitioner for implementation of the injunction order granted in favour of the petitioner in OS.No.120/2017, dated 09.05.2018, as long as the same is subsisting without being modified as set aside.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
