Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners so also the learned Public Prosecutor representing State-1st respondent before admission and before ordering notice to the de facto complainant/respondent No.2 and perused the material on record. 3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the de facto complainant/2nd respondent herein that again the C.C. was split up and re-numbered so far as these petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 6 are concerned as C.C.No.434 of 2015, so as to proceed against the other accused. 4. Perused the material on record. As the material falls short for this Court to admit the application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

to quash the above order, this criminal petition is allowed permitting the petitioners to appear before the learned XII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad and file an application to recall the warrant under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. expressing their readiness to execute a bond under Sections 88 and 89 Cr.P.C. and also giving undertaking to appear for future hearing on every adjournment, and in such event, the learned Magistrate shall recall the warrant and obtain bonds, and as the split up case is outcome of the main case C.C.No.79 of 2014, the learned Magistrate either to club with both the cases or proceed with simultaneously and pronounce the judgment by recording evidence by virtue of this order. 5.
