THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.31951 of 2018 O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
"To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring action of the 2nd to 5th respondents in not taking any action against the respondent nos 6 to 12 pursuant to the registration of FIR no 91/2018 dated 02082018 on the file of 4th respondent as illegal and arbitrary and unconstitutional and pass."

Today, when the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader on instructions that after completion of investigation, police have filed charge-sheet and the same is number as CC(SR) No.4846/2018, dated 22.10.2018.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
