ORDER
Challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station frequently and interfering with the civil disputes, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that pursuant to the complaint given by the 5th respondent on 31.12.2016, a case in Cr.No.241 of 2016 was registered by the Begum Bazar Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 448 & 427 read with 34 IPC. He further submits that the 5th respondent again lodged a complaint on 2.1.2017, based on which a case in Cr.No.2 of 2017 was registered by the Begum Bazar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 324 & 506 read with 34 IPC and investigation in the aforesaid two cases is in progress. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
